LEVEL I
Complete interior cleaning of scope, buff/polish lens, repolish fiber optics and window, optical adjustments, complete QC test (hot/cold) liquid, Autoclave if applicable, vacuum and seal.
LEVEL II
Object lens replaced and 2 rod lenses. (includes LEVEL 1 repair)
LEVEL III
Optical/System rebuild, new tubing, light fiber polishing and bonding, repair and replace optical window, replacement of up to 4 rod or achromatic lenses (includes LEVEL II repair)

Flat fee price for any of the repairs above/per scope requires facility manager’s signature on a Flat Fee Service Agreement.
Note: Scopes with diameters of 2.7 mm or below, semi rigid scopes, offset working scopes and other specialty scopes may vary in price.
