• All Chamber Cleaning are quoted before any work is done. Free-of-cost quotes are sent to you via email. Quotes are good for 90 days. We won’t start the repair process until you have had a chance to evaluate the repair analysis and necessary repairs.

• Exclusive on-line tracking software: From the day we pick up your equipment to the day it is returned, you can track the progress on our exclusive on-line tracking software. You will be provided with a secure customer code. You assign your own password. See the status from pick up, quoted, authorized and invoiced. In addition, you can track the history of repairs by date range or product range. This allows you to evaluate the cost of repairs that have been completed. No other company is offering this to their customers!

Quality Repairs and Warranty

 

We stand behind all of our repairs. Medical Regenerations, Inc. warrants each repair to be of the highest standard of workmanship and delivery materials. Should any repair show any defects in material or workmanship within 120 days from the date of delivery, Medical Regenerations, Inc. will be pleased to remedy, at no charge. Warranties do not apply in the vent of user neglect, abuse or mishandling of the instrument thereof.
